Guest Timeline
3:15 pm - Last shuttle to the chapel leaves Holiday Inn parking lot
3:30 pm - Chapel doors open
4:00 pm - Ceremony begins
15 min after ceremony end - Reception doors open and appetizers served
6:30 pm - Dinner served
9:30 pm - Reception venue closes
Dress Code
The dress code is semi-formal: suits for gentlemen and long dresses or jumpsuits for ladies.
Shuttle Service
We will be providing a small shuttle van. Pickup will be in front of the Estes Park Holiday Inn at 3:15 pm and will drop off at the chapel. After the ceremony, the shuttle will pick up from the chapel and drop off at the reception. The last shuttle from the reception back to the hotel will be at 8 pm.
Lodging
There are no reserved hotel blocks. The closest hotel to the reception is the Holiday Inn Estes Park. For those wishing to minimize their time at high elevation, we recommend staying 55 minutes away in Loveland.

Driving Directions and Parking
Cellular reception at the chapel is poor to non-existent. Please download your driving directions before you go! There is parking right next to chapel and additional overflow parking up the dirt road towards Tahosa Coffee House.
Parking is abundant and free at the reception venue. The reception is on the lower level of the building and has its own entrance.
